We are QUALIOPI-certified since 1 February 2022, the Traffic division at LACROIX City offers a comprehensive training programme to ensure the efficiency and long-term reliability of its equipment in the field.

Our multidisciplinary team, comprising three technical trainers, delivers training courses to our clients throughout the year: from the configuration of variable message signs to traffic management systems for public transport.

All our training courses are developed and delivered by individuals whose practical expertise is their key strength. Each training course is limited to a maximum of six participants to ensure high-quality discussions and maintain a bespoke approach tailored to individual needs.

With a view to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, each session is evaluated using a satisfaction questionnaire completed at the end of the course. We are proud to report a satisfaction rate of 99 per cent.
